My booking grid is empty even though I connected Google Calendar
Your grid shows busy times pulled from your Google Calendar. If nothing appears blocked out, check:
- The Google account you connected is the one that actually contains your events. If you have several Google accounts signed into your phone, iOS Calendar merges them, but Meet Gesty only reads the account you OAuth'd with during Connect.
- The date range — Meet Gesty only displays today and upcoming days on the availability view.
- Try disconnecting Google Calendar in Settings, then reconnecting. A fresh OAuth flow repairs stale tokens.
Someone booked me but nothing shows up on my Google Calendar
Every confirmed booking is written to your Google Calendar's primary calendar. If a booking didn't land there:
- Make sure Google Calendar is connected in Meet Gesty Settings (the toggle should show as connected, not disconnected).
- Check the primary calendar of the Google account you connected — not a secondary or shared calendar.
- If the booking still isn't there, email us with the booking link and approximate time — we can help diagnose.
I'm not getting push notifications when someone books
- On Android, open system Settings → Apps → Meet Gesty → Notifications. On iOS, open Settings → Meet Gesty → Notifications. Confirm notifications are allowed.
- In Meet Gesty, sign out and sign back in. This re-registers your device with our push service.
- If you're signed into multiple Meet Gesty accounts on the same device, only the most recently signed-in account receives push notifications from that device.
How do I disconnect Google Calendar?
Open Settings in Meet Gesty and tap the Google Calendar entry, then Disconnect. Meet Gesty will stop reading events and stop writing new booking events. Events already written to your Google Calendar stay — you own the calendar and may want to keep the history.
Zoom meeting links
When you turn on Generate Zoom link on a booking link, Meet Gesty creates one Zoom meeting in your Zoom account for each booking and shows the join link and passcode to your guest. If the booking is cancelled, Meet Gesty deletes that meeting. Step-by-step instructions, including how to remove Meet Gesty from Zoom, are on the Zoom help page.
- Connecting fails or shows an error. Approve all three permissions Zoom asks for — declining any of them cancels the connection. Retry from Settings → Zoom in the app, or from gesty.ai/meet/zoom, signed in to the Zoom account you actually want to host on.
- Settings says “connect again”. One Zoom account can be linked to one Meet Gesty account at a time. If the same Zoom account was connected from another Meet Gesty account, the earlier connection was replaced. Reconnect from the account you want to use, or use a separate Zoom account for each host.
- “Meeting deletion pending” after cancelling. The booking was cancelled while Zoom was disconnected, so the meeting could not be deleted. Reconnect Zoom and tap Retry, or delete the meeting yourself in Zoom.
- Meetings end after 40 minutes. Free Zoom accounts end meetings after 40 minutes; Meet Gesty warns you about this when you connect one. Upgrade your Zoom plan, or choose a different meeting-link option on that booking link.
How do I disconnect (remove) Zoom?
Open Settings → Zoom in the app and tap Disconnect, or use Disconnect Zoom on gesty.ai/meet/zoom, or remove Meet Gesty in the Zoom App Marketplace (Manage → Added Apps). All three do the same thing: Meet Gesty immediately revokes its access with Zoom and deletes the stored Zoom tokens, your Zoom email, user id and account type from our servers. Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account — you own them.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Delete Account. You'll be shown two options:
- Delete Meet Gesty data — removes your availability, all booking links, bookings made on them, and your Google Calendar and Zoom connections from our servers, then signs you out. Your shared Mamagesty Universe account stays intact so other apps that use it (M:Carry, M:Gesty, Destiny Matrix) keep working. You can sign back into Meet Gesty anytime with the same account and start fresh.
- Delete full Mamagesty account — permanently deletes your entire Mamagesty Universe account across every app that uses it. You'll be asked to type DELETE on the next screen to confirm.
Both options are irreversible. Events previously written to your Google Calendar aren't removed either way — the calendar belongs to you.
Subscriptions & Payments
Meet Gesty is currently free. There are no paid plans, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, details will appear here and in the app.
